Dears,

Kindly find attached the mails that I have, I divided them into folders, and will talk about each folder, I will prove that Yasser was lying in everything he agreed with me, even the small things:

Please note first that I told Yasser at the beginning with FXCM, before funding the money, that I want my account to be Islamic, and that I sent FXCM the (Interest-free) form.

Please note that I told Yasser that I sent these forms, and he didn't comment at the beginning about the "Interest-free" form, and when FXCM sent me a mail telling that the money was transferred, I went to the online chatting to confirm that my account is islamic, but they said it is not, since Yasser Fahim account is not Islamic!!! and he didn't told me before about this issue, although I told him about the Islamic Issue.

I then called Yasser back, and told him about the issue (And told him that this issue is very important to me), and he told me that it is not a problem, since the rollover is calculated after 12:00PM Cairo time, and he guranteed that his trades will be finished Max 6:00PM each day. (And upon his confirmation, I agreed...).

In folder 1:

You'll find that Yasser revoked our agreement about the rollver, and didn't close the trades before 12:00PM Cairo time as he told me.

Please check his reply!!! He said that he had some conditions, and could not access the PC, and didn't close the trades.

To prove that he was lying, please note that in this this day, he traded (24 Trades!!!) distributed allover the day, from Monday 9:39AM, until Tuesday 4:31AM Continuous. (Kindly check the statement in the same folder, for day 22 August), and please note that there is a difference of 6 hours between New York time, and Cairo time, and he promised again that he will not do this again.

In folder 2:

You'll find that directly the next day (The next day), Yasser Fahim lied again, and made rollover. I sent him again mentioning this, and told him also about the current state of the account, as the losses started to become big.

Please check the reply, and please note that he told me that we work with 0.5 LOTs, and I swear that he mentioned this in the mail, but we didn't agree on this before, he was just telling me the way he trades. But the actual agreement that we agreed at the beginning was 1 mini LOT, and 2-3 trades per day.

And please note that he said this day that he is trading with 0.5 LOT, as you will find that directly the following day, he lied also and traded with 2 Standard lots.

In folder 3:

You'll find a print-screen of the messages I sent him the last day with him (From my Samsung Galaxy S Mobile), telling him that (Why you are trading with 1-2 Standard Lots), and he didn't reply me.

Also, please note the time I sent him a message asking him to stop trading (4:52PM Cairo time), that was after he traded 17 trades this days, and lost 52%.

In folder 4:

You'll find a copy with the online chatting with FXCM, showing that I could not close the trades with Yasser Fahim during the day, and the trades were closed at the end of this day. You'll see that I was fighting with FXCM to transfer to me the amount that was calculated when I submitted the (Revocation of LPOA form) this day in the morning. but they refused, and told me that this is impossible, and will transfer to me the money that will remain AT THE END OF THE DAY.

Please note that Yasser lied before, and said that in this day, he end up with profits, and he said that if I waited till the end of this day, I would be winning, you will know here that he is lying, as the day ended with a loss of 1662USD (52%).

As FXCM themselves told me that the can't do anything with my account, and even can't isolate my trades until the end of this day, which is 5:00pm New York time, or 11:00PM Cairo time...... This is a proof that he lied (As always).

In folder 5:

You'll find that I sent him a mail, telling him that I have deleted the contract with him, and telling him that he "Gambled with my account", and violated all the agreements between us, as we agreed before that we trade with 1 mini lot, and 2-3 trades per day.

I told him also that he only agreed with me to trade with 0.5 Lot the day before, and even this agreement, he lied again.

In folder 6:

You'll find his reply, (The mail that he attached).

In Folder 7:

You'll see that I replied his last mail, telling him that he lied and violated all the agreements between us, and he did not reply me because he know that he lied and did this.

السلام عليكم،

بخصوص تعويض الخسائر، فهو لم يقلها لي الا في هذا الميل، ولم نتفق عليها من قبل، وهل لو كان أحدكم مكاني كان سيصدقه بعدما كذب مرات عديدة معي وأخلف (كل) اتفاقاتنا دون الرجوع إلي؟ لدرجة أن حتى الإتفاق الذي اتفقه معي في اليوم السابق لليوم الأخير فقد أخلفه.

هل كنتم ستنتظروا حتى يضيع كل مالكم، ثم تسألوه عن الخسائر؟ بعدما خسرني 52% من مالي في 4 أيام، منهم 33.3% في يوم واحد!!!

يقول أنه كسب بنهاية اخر يوم في التجارة معي، وقد أثبت لكم أنه كذب وأن اليوم انتهى بخسارة 33.3% (1662 دولار) في يوم واحد، كيف أصلا لمدير حسابات أن يجازف بهذا؟ إنه ليقامر لا يتاجر.

ثم أنظروا الى كل سطر كتبه، فهو كذب وتحايل. (ردود طائشة في أي اتجاه).

وبخصوص الفوائد، فقد تصدقت بها من مالي الخاص (رغم أنه قليلة نعم، فهي أقل من 20 جنيه، لكنهم كلهم ربا، وهو كذب معي حتى في هذا الإتفاق).

أخيرا، كل هذا لم يكن ليحدث لو التزم باتفاقه معي، وأقسم بالله أني وثقت به ثقة عمياء، وكنت أريد زيادة مالي الذي كنت سؤودعه معه، وكان تقريبا سيكون كل مالي.

كنت مستعدا للخسائر، ولكن في حدود المعقول (إذا التزمنا بحجم العقود المتق عليها من البداية)

أخي هيما، والله لاأحب أن يقال عليه هكذا، حتى بعدما فعل مافعل، ارجو تفهم الموقف، فلم يكن المقصود من مشاركاتي هنا في هذا الموضوع أي هانة،انما الموضوع احتد وحدث ماحدث.

إنما أقول اللهم انصر المظلوم على الظالم.

بقى الفيلم ده كله اللي اتعمل عن حرمانية الفوركس وخلافه يطلع من شخص وهمي اسمه مشمشة و يطلع في الآخر نصاب اسمه فهيم ومسيحي كمان ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟!!!!!!
